As advertised. The Jack painted on the packaging was red so I thought i was gonna get a red one. But it was still blue inside !

its Chinese good price it works saves time and effort compared to the manual bottle jack the only thing I had to get used to is the knob on top of the handle for raising and lowering takes a bit of effort

I have had this jack for a year. No problems. The three height adapters are a plus. Its nice to not haft to crawl under the truck to place the jack.

comparable to 800 dollar jacks. it had been put to the test. only week point is two piece handle bar bolted together with a 1/4 bolt. but they are all like that. weld it at the joint. make a nice feel for handling.

We received the hack and it never worked ... delt w the companys customer service ( which is horrible... and ridiculous!) turned to amazons customer service ... 3 different reps of amazon contradicting themselves ... we were told they would send a replacement and then we could use the box it came in to send back the defective one ... another rep told me no ... we ended up just returning the jack for a refund! What a hassle! Will never buy from this company again!

The jack works okay for the money, but after one of the extensions broke the first time I used it, I didn’t feel like the jack would hold up over the long run. The jack does work with at least 90 PSI of air and is fast, but towards the maximum height, it leaks down slightly. I only used it on a Lexus RX350 SUV which only weighs 4200 lbs. i couldn’t imagine trying to use it on a 10 ton big rig like it says I could. Overall, it feels like a good product (in theory). It certainly has a good weight, about 55 pounds.
