I had no problem after installing the adapter.

Q: Mine came in without the screw. what kind of screw do i need for this? or where can i get one?

Q: Does this work with chips on both sides of the nvme modual such as with the sabrent 1tb - sb-1342-1tb?

it can work for both sides of the nvme modual,but back side requires not higher than 2mms. best regards sintech cn
