These were bought to wear with combat boots. They are soft with a little stretch. They stay up as well.

Quality of these socks seems very good. I like the thicker foot bed...nice cushion. They also feel like they would be warm enough with the wool content. However, I did not try these socks on as I could tell by the elastic around the top that they would be too tight for me. The elastic feels more firm and snug, which some people may like. I just notice that as I'm getting older that socks that are too tight on me leave an impression around my legs, which is not good. I need socks that are snug but not too snug...more of a soft elastic. So, unfortunately, these were not the socks for me.

Misleading Title. It says 4 pack leading you to think you are getting 4 pairs but you only get 2 pairs (4 pack). Yet still this is a very comfortable sock so I give it 3 stars.

I'm a tour guide and museum docent, so I'm on my feet a lot, and wearing these socks my feet don't feel as tired after a long day. They fit my size-11 feet well, but they wouldn't if they shrank, so I machine wash and line dry them.2025 update: I’ve been wearing these socks for almost two years and they still look and feel great.

These are good for the price. I’ve been wearing them and washing them and I’m satisfied so far.
