it does what it says on the tin. very good high quality ecdysterone extract. the dosage needs to be higher or at least it does for certain people i weigh 16 stone im into heavy lifting. i find running 5/6 caps a day works for me but each to theyre on based on lifestyle weight and goals.i shall be buying more thank you for the great product. cheers Niels

I was really looking forward to trying this plant based source of natural testosterone. Upon first use, the tub is easy to open and the pills are just the right size and not too tricky to swallow. After the first 3 weeks of use, I've noticed increased energy and improvement in quality of my sleep. It's much easier for me to fall asleep and I stay asleep much longer. I will continue taking this supplement for another 2-3 weeks to see if I notice any further positive changes. It's certainly worth a punt, especially as compared with other ecdysterone products, this one provides excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Expensive, and 3 x 250mg is not enough, you should double that. I'm also using myvitamins 600mg beta ecdysterone caps, so taking around 2500mg a day. I've been using now for about 5 weeks (as well as turkesterone which is the most potent ecdysteroid) and I've noticed very small changes in muscle size. I'm a cyclist and trying to increase my sprint power, and maybe there has been a slight improvement, but I might have trained that without these supplements. I'll keep it going for another couple of months and monitor the effect, but it's not game changing, yet anyway. The myvitamins product is much cheaper too if you buy when it's on (frequent) discount.

I've been working out and logging each workout for years. Started on 3 tabs a day and upped to 6 a day. This had no effect on strength gains whatsoever. About to start another brand.

It helps in muscle fiber regennesis!!! Good for use in 8 weeks circle.Then 4 weeks off.Then repeat 8 weeks.Its a diff way to gain muscle than the testosterone suplements.
