I thought the recipes were something I’d like but they’re not. I was looking for easy and foods I know but it wasn’t but it’s a nice read on weird foods.

Great book!
Great book!, saw results in the first day from doing the 3 exercises it mentions for recently having a baby! I ordered all James Duigans Books and I really like this all, if you are new to trying to eat right (as I lived on fast food for 15 years) and are trying to eat right for your self and your family this the book for you, the explanations are great and the food info couldn't be simpler to follow!

great book!
Love this book! Just needs a LOT more vegetarian suggestions and other suggestions for the bodism supplements. Great exercise plan. Great eating plan.

This is a great book to help you lose weight. Its simple to understand and to follow. I cant wait till the new updated version comes out in December 2013. I will be purchasing that book as well.

This book was a big disappointment, absolutely no vegetarian suggested menus, and no alternative supplements to (authors own brand) included in the meal plans. Additionally the kindle format is not very with very few good pictures and can't read the right hand column of some of the lists. This is a half star book

This book is packed with so many great advices. James talks about the wholeness and not just one specific thing. Highly recommend!

Changed My Life!
This book was recommended by a friend who had lost an incredible amount of weight. It completely changes the way you eat for the better and how fat is good and sugar is bad! I feel so much happier and healthier and it is not a diet, it's a way of living! I highly recommend it.

Not for me
All plan is exercise and eat protein+veggie diet... which in my case doesn't work as we have mainly vegetarian diet. I was hoping for more recipes and more veggie based ones too... not quite the book for me.

good diet
Very good diet, did lose a bit of weight but is hard to stick too when working alot, involves a lot of planning. Using all organic is very expensive but you can taste the difference. The 1st week is the hardest but becomes easier when you can include a treat in the 3rd week. Defo recomend a try some recipes are very tasty

Really like this book you have to be ready and in the zone to do the 14 day plan and exercises but it makes you feel great the book is a real interesting read too with lots of educational stuff too it will surprise you

Amazing
I've researched exercise, diets for hours but nothing comes close to this it's like having your own personal trainer... I'm starting the 6 day challenge this weekend.
