I use these in my dance shoes for pole fitness. One of my pairs of 7 inch heels is quite uncomfortable because my feet slide forward too much and it squishes my toes. I would have given these cushions 5 stars, but they are way too thick. If these were 1/2 as thick, they would be perfect. Unfortunately, they don't get pressed down thinner when you put your foot in the heels either, so your toes get squished really bad. This is why I had to take a star away. If you have a pair of heels that are a half size too big, these might work very well. They still make your toes get squished into the top of your shoe, but they keep your feet from sliding around and make the heels fit better. These cushions definitely do a great job in preventing pain in the balls of my feet. I understand that the thicker the shoe cushions are, the more comfortable they will make your shoes, but they should not be so thick that they make your toes press up against the top of your heels this bad. I tried these on in a pair of heels that normally fit perfectly and they made the heels very uncomfortable because of my toes being squished so much, that I couldn't wear them. These did work in a pair of heels I have that are a 1/2 size too big though.

Comfortable and easy to put into shoe, but they DO NOT STICK. They move around and I have to adjust them after each wear.

They did not provide any comfort or support. They adhered briefly, but then kept sliding around as I walked. I bought two packs for two different pairs of heels and the adhesive ruined the inside of one.
