Does this oil filter fit the lz0 (successor to the lm2) 3.0 diesel? i’m assuming it’s the same but can anyone confirm it didn’t change?

Yes, the LZ0 uses the same oil and oil filter. 7 quarts DexosD approved oil and a PF66 oil filter.

Does this kit come with an official ac delco pf66 oil filter?

Yes. I have used this kit three times for my 2020 SIlverado 1500 diesel, and it has always come with the AC Delco PF66.

Is the decos d 0 w20 a full synthetic for diesel?

Yes, this is a synthetic oil for the 3.0 LM2 Duramax Diesel with the Dexos D approval.
