really good results
I've had sensitive gums for a couple of years and have tried so many different toothbrushes and mouthwashes without improvement. I get sensitive spots that I have to be really careful to not irritate, and I think my gums have receded a little. I bought this dental probiotic as an act of desperation. I am so surprised that finally I've found something that helps. My gums feel better and I can tolerate brushing with a regular toothbrush. I think my breath is better and strangely, I feel like I get less afternoon abdominal bloating that I sometimes had. The affect was noticeable after just a couple of weeks. I brush and floss my teeth before bed and then slowly chew the tablet so it can work in my mouth while I sleep. It's really a game-changer for me.

Taste made me quit before results
I bought these really needing to support my oral health but I never stuck with them because I hated the taste. I ended up buying another supplement with blis k12 for sinus and oral health and it was alot easier to stick to. I was disappointed in myself for not using these because I had endless oral issues and it could have stopped them from progressing but I couldn't stomach it. I wish the had a peppermint or fruit flavour that might be more palatable.

How I try to deal with burning tongue and dry mouth
I got this probiotic on May5th, today is May 29/2017 Few weeks prior, I developed burning/scolding tongue, after using new toothpaste for sensitive tooth. When I was brushing, my tongue, gums and lips went numb for about 10 - 15 min during and after brushing. Same feeling when dentist numbs before procedure. I must say my sensitive tooth got less sensitive tho. So, I kept using same toothpaste (dumb me) and got same numb feeling. I was stupid enough to brush for about a week, then I decided this toothpaste sucks! I think as a result I developed stinging/burning sensation on tip of tongue and it was becoming uncomfortable and painful, as if I scolded myself drinking boiling tea. Two weeks later I got this probiotic as part of new my regimen for oral care. Burning/scolding didnt go away as I hoped, so I began research to understand how to fix it. Later I also began feeling dry mouth and felt bad breath once in while. Eeekkkk! If I feel it, then others can surely! Now what?! I was reading a lot about BMS - burning mouth syndrome, and if I never knew what it is, I do now >=(''' There are different reasons why peoples get BMS. Some have medication side effects, some suffer from halitosis, for women it can be hormonal etc. Mine BMS started with the toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Mind you, I use regular fluoride free toothpaste, same company - Tom's of Maine, and never had issues. Now I am trying to reverse and stop my stinging/burning tongue from hurting. And this is what I personally started to do - first, oil pulling in the morning. I use Walnut oil or Hemp seed oil, just because I have them already. I do it for about 10 minutes, spit it out and rinse with warm water and proceed with breakfast. After that I floss, brush, scrape tongue and rinse. I always use mouth wash of natural oils and peroxide, all natural, no harsh chemicals. Then I use one probiotic on the way to work. Few hours later, at work, I chew one two cloves, it helps to kill germ and has healing properties. It does make mouth little bit numb but also refreshes breath. I drink plenty of water during the day and try to stay away from chewing gum before lunch, I want my body regulate itself first. After lunch I floss and rinse and chew one more clove. I go as long as I can without gum, but when I start feeling slight dryness, mainly between upper front teeth and gums, then I chew on gum. I work in hospital, I see lots of patients and I have had elderly peoples, some of their breath smells soo bad! Its almost like stinky poop breath, its terrible! After work at home I eat either carrot or apple and raw ginger and drink small shot of Aloe Vera juice "Lily of the desert" Inner Fillet Preservative free. Anything natural that helps keep mouth healthy, I will do. At night I floss, brush, scrape and rinse, take one more probiotic and hope for the best. I still have tingling/burning tongue, but about 60% less than when it started. Dry feeling is lessening too, but I am not there yet. I also bought Raw Code Vitamin B Complex, since tongue has nerve endings and B Complex helps heal nerves. I did lot of reading, trying to figure out what I need to do to help myself. I am pro supplement, all natural, no chemicals. This Probiotic makes saliva bit thicker and it didn't work for me right away as I hoped. Thats why I gave 4stars. I intend to use up all 3 bottles I ordered. Everyone has different reasons why they have breath issues. I am trying to deal with mine and decided to share with others, so they could decide if part of my regimen would work for them. And of course, I went to see dentist, but he didnt suggest nothing I already didnt do. Bummer >=( Would I reccomend this product to others? Yes,absolutely. But I think it is combination of things that works, not just probiotic. Hope my review could help someone. Thank you for reading =)

My doctor recommended this product - grateful it is dairy free
I was waking up with a sore throat regularly, so my doctor recommended this product because she said it has special probiotics that are supposed to rebalance bacteria in the nose and throat. It was the only one on the market I could find with the K12 that was dairy free. I just wish it tasted better and didn't stick to my teeth. It has a chalky consistency and directions say to slowly chew after brushing, but I find that I need to brush after chewing it. I don't know if that makes it less effective, but I have noticed less frequent throat symptoms.

Great breath booster
As I'm getting older I've noticed I'm starting to have a lot more issues with my teeth and gums. I don't have insurance and haven't been able to afford a trip to the dentist and am having some really bad problems with cracked teeth from how my wisdom teeth grew in, slanted frontways and causing pressure and cavities on the teeth in front of them. I had one removed a few years ago but the other three are still in there, well, kind of. 2 of them have broken down to the gumline and one is about 1/4 gone with more breaking off every few months. I know this makes them a breeding ground for bacteria and I occasionally get really bad infected toothaches. I usually treat them with garlic and other natural anesthetics and antibacterial oils and products. I'm very aware how dangerous it is not to seek treatment for toothaches and but you know what, I don't have it. One day I will. In the meantime my best bet is to keep my mouth as healthy and clean as possible. These probiotics seem to be helping and although it hasn't been more than a few weeks I can tell a difference in the appearance my gums and my breath feels much fresher. My gums were slightly puffy and sore when I ordered these but by day 4 of taking them They were already looking back to normal. I still did my normal swish of essential oils which is how I normally treat them which works, too Sooo I'm not sure if I can credit the probiotics for that or not. They are easy to chew and aren't bad tasting. Very minty. I take 2 per day since my needs are probably a little more severe. The label days you can take up to 3 but since I'm trying it for the first time I don't want to max out not knowing about possible reactions. Since I'm not noticing any negative side effects I'll probably up my dosage to 3 with the next bottle. I like the results so far and will be continuing to use them. I will definitely be buying more to continue my progress.

It works immediately
I am trying NOT to sound exaggerating, but the 1st tablet I took cured my inflaming upper left gum overnight. That inflammation had been around for more than 6 months. My dentist just told me to pay special attention to my upper left gums without telling me how. I brush my teeth right after each meal, I rinse my mouth right after I eat/drink anything, and I use expensive special toothpaste. None of those "special attentions" worked. Then I thought maybe the cause of the inflammation is irregular sleep hours. I tried to follow regular sleep schedule and maintain 8-hour sleep every day, but the upper left gum is still inflaming and bleeding when brushing. In desperation, I purchased a bottle of this product and received it on 10/12 afternoon. I took one tablet after I brushed my teeth after the dinner on that day. Believe or not, the next morning, the inflammation on the upper left gum is GONE!!! I know it sounds too magical to be true. But the magic really happened on me. Since that night, I took 1 tablet twice a day after I brush my teeth and my gum has been in a healthy state ever since. I just finished the 1st bottle few days ago and I am subscribing to this product on a monthly base now. I will try 1 tablet once a day to see if that will still keep my gum in healthy state. Updates on 2022-12-20 It looks like they phased out the 30-tablet bottle and resumed their 60-tablet bottle (which is what I am getting now).

Excellent Quality
Has a very pleasant taste, excellent ingredients, easy to chew slowly. In addition to prayer and faith (thankingYHWH/Yahuah/God for my healing), I use after brushing before bed to fight bacteria that cause gum disease and abscesses from root infections that were caused by root canals I should never have gotten, had I known better. Prayer and thankfulness is working better than this product, as nothing seemed to make much difference until I actually started thanking Yahuah (God). I'm still taking this as part of my brushing routine because it does help clean and prevent more infection, but my abscess actually went away with faith (thanking the Creator a couple weeks before I saw any results and about a month after using this product). Prayer is powerful, and doing what you can to keep your mouth clean and healthy like using this product. I'm also oil pulling now for a few days so far. Look it up if you don't know what oil pulling is. Blessings!

Too soon to say, but will persevere
I have only used this product for just over a week now, so cannot yet say if it worked. I have bad breath due to a combination of things, namely: a. my asthma inhalers which I use twice a day causes me to develop a sore throat. but these inhalers leaves a strange taste to my mouth. To help with the sore throat, I have gargled with all kinds of mouth washes and Andolex C throat spray (contains alcohol--and this exacerbates the problem) and salt water to try and alleviate this--with no effect. b. as a result of my allergies, my nose seems to be permanently blocked so I breath through my mouth c. had my gallbladder removed d. have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) I have tried all kinds of things to alleviate my bad breath symptoms: eating papaya to aid my digestion; drinking lemon water; consuming lots more water; reducing my sugar, coffee and tea intake, continuing to take my vitamins and supplements (zinc, iron, magnesium, vitamin B complex); changed my toothpaste also bought and took myrrh and goldenseal supplements. All of the above with no effect. I actually bought BLIS K12 throat health probiotics, which contains 25mg per lozenge that provides 2.5 billion CFU. This helped for a short time only--probably if I was able to take 1 tablet thrice a day, it could perhaps be more effective. I really do not know. However, living in South Africa and having to pay in dollars (besides the custom & shipping costs) these products are actually works out very expensive for me. Added to the fact that Throat Health BLIS K12 is not always available on Amazon. As Throat Health BLIS K12 was not available, I bought a combination probiotic, one that would hopefully assist with my IBS, hence ordered Replenish The Good, as besides BLIS K12, it also contains Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus reuteri, as well as BLIS M-18. I will use these for the next 2 months and provide another review.
