I can not believe the difference from taking these. I started on Monday of this week. They make me full and I eat smaller meals. I have energy and I am able to go up and down stairs without pain. I have lost 3 pounds so far!

I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks now and it's been good and work to curb my cravings and I don't feel as hungry as I was before. However, my issue is that it makes me very bloated and gassy!

I took half recommended dose with breakfastand within an hour I felt dizzy and nauseous.Ran to restroom to throw up… thought I might faint!
