Q: What are the cloth dimensions for the different sizes? s, m, l, xl?

I wasn't aware there was more than 1 size. I've looked at my box & it doesn't say anything about size. I bought them to clean spectacles. The cloth is approx. 14.5 cm square (after 1st wash but I don't think it shrank)

Q: Are these 100% polyester please

Just says 100% microfibre but they are great.

Q: What is inside the cleaning liquid? What are the chemicals in it? Is it just water?

This product is just the cloths. They are not impregnated. I use some cleaning liquid i bought on Amazon which is mostly isopropyl alcohol

Q: Are these fine to use on a MacBook please?

As far as I know yes I think they are smashing.
