Worked ok but if you’re not careful you get a blob of liquid and it’s difficult to smooth it out

Easiest chrome substitute to use.
The Molotov chrome pens are fantastic for many different crafts and hobbies, especially for model making.One word of caution, shake extremely well, then the results will be great!I bought the set of 1mm, 2mm and 4mm to replace my 1mm and 2mm pens I've had for 5 or 6 years and they'd gone a bit dry.I've used them on model cars to simulate chrome on engines, bodywork trim and fuel tanks and on modelplanes forr landing lights, oleo legs and bake pipes.Excellent stuff, with excellent results!

Excellent for touching up plastic kits
I used this product for plastic kits such as Airfix and Revell. The chrome parts are often attached to the sprues in places that show on the kit, leaving areas unchromed. These pens were very useful to touch up these small areas. I wouldn't use them for large areas as they seem better for touch-ups. The smaller of the nib sizes allows very small details to be touched up or newly chromed. I could have used these pens many times in my model-making in the past.
