CoolSnowGlobes Winter Cool Snow Globe

This is an absolutely stunning snow globe. I am from the UK and was struggling to find a beautiful modern snow globe for my mother who collects them. I was slightly wary about ordering from the USA, but decided to take the risk as could not find another globe even remotely similar to this winter scene one. It arrived to the UK amazingly quickly, and 3 days before the expected date! Packed well, with a small amount of packaging damage, which I guess with travelling so far is completely understandable. The globe it's self is perfect with no damage, no air bubbles etc. Will certainly be a returning customer for my mum's birthday

The snow globe I purchased was more lovely than the pics foretold. It was a gift for my fiance, because we fell in love on a snow day (we're both teachers), and because she loves birch trees. It was PERFECT.

This is one of the most beautiful snow globes I've ever seen! It's substantial, heavy, and visually very impressive and realistic. The company which created it makes all four seasons, and I plan on eventually buying all of them. All other globes seem insignificant when compared to this--there is just something satisfyingly organic and hefty about it.

I invested in this particular globe in addition to the Spring and Summer globes in November of 2019. I also invested in the Fall in March 2019. All have been displayed side by side, with no exposure to sunlight as they’re in a protected bookcase. In fact, I strategically chose this spot to protect them while still being able to enjoy them.I noticed during this 2022 Christmas season when I took the Winter globe down to show someone, that the water had turned entirely yellow. Since the other globes are in pristine condition, I thought perhaps this particular globe was defective and therefore reached out to the company. While I did receive prompt communication via email (the phone number listed on their site went straight to a cell phone number other than the one dialed and to a voice mail, strange). The emailed answer I received from the company representative was that they offer a 1 year warranty only and would offer a replacement for $35 PLUS shipping (given the nature of the product most likely isn’t a small fee).Bottom line: if I choose to replace the defective globe, 1. I would choose another winter scene, perhaps the one with blue cast water and 2. I would invest in it through Amazon as it is a Prime item with no hassle returns should there be any type of issue with shipping, or defective, damaged, etc. eliminating any return shipping fees “just in case”.Given the fact that the other two globes bought at the same time and the other one months before these are still in perfect condition, most likely my Winter globe is defective in some way. The company offering me a $35 replacement for a defective item is, in my opinion, an example of not standing behind their product. I will absolutely continue to enjoy the other three season globes but when viewing the Winter globe use my imagination and reminisce about winters past when the snow is far less than pretty in February or March or fondly remember my past neighbor’s sweet dog and his POTTY area ; ). Overall these are lovely globes, slightly pricey but worth it if they bring you joy.But keep in mind the company’s adherence to a one year warranty. Even if the product (whether glue, paint or whatever the issue) is, in my consumer opinion, substandard. Especially given the fact that I was a return customer, buying 4 globes.

Very beautiful! The only negative is that when looking closely at the trees they look a bit like twisty ties..- or thin wire hangers- which takes the quality down a bit- overall very elegant though especially for the price. I would buy again for a gift.

Great globe, very attractive. Unfortunately it arrived cracked within it's box and broke when I lifted it out. I am getting the run around from CoolSnowGlobes and Amazon about getting it replaced. Not clear how to file for a claim, etc. But a very nice globe!

This is thr most beautiful snow globe! Everyone compliments it on my desk in my office.

This is beautiful and higher quality than I even hoped for. I absolutely love it and will be tempted to leave it up all year - or perhaps I will just have to purchase the other seasons! Really very glad I bought this!
