What Does It Taste Like?

The overwhelming flavor it has to me is cloves followed by the cinnamon. Has a strange 'tea like' quality almost, in my opinion.

Where is this manufactured?

The label says the product is distributed by Frontier Natural Foods Co-Op in Norway, Iowa.

Does this blend contain cassia or just regular cinnamon?

Cassia is “regular” cinnamon. True cinnamon is Ceylon and is native to Sri Lanka and India. This company is actually where I get my higher quality Ceylon… so it’s possible they use the much more expensive Ceylon in this blend.

Is this blend organic?

I checked the Frontier Co-Op information and it is not listed as "organic". However, they source their ingredients very carefully and they DO have very high standards, if that helps any.
