I have never given an Amazon review before, but this company went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I ordered this product and followed the instructions and it did nothing. It was also not the gel consistency as advertised. I was ready to write it off as a waste of money. The next day the manufacturer reached out to me to see if I was satisfied and to ask if the product I received was a gel consistency because they had been having some issues with their manufacturing. I told them it did not work and it was very liquidy. They offered me a refund or a replacement. I took the replacement and I'm glad I did because it worked fantastic! I wish I had a before photo.

This is the only product we have found that will clean up the mildew in our shower. We sprayed it on, waited a couple of hours, and rinsed it off. We didn’t have to scrub or use any additional products on it. There is a bit of smell, so we kept our exhaust fan on; however, it wasn’t horrible. Highly recommend product.

I had high hopes for this product and am disappointed to write this review. We have poor ventilation in our bathroom and constantly battle mold in/under the caulk sealant in our shower. I left it on for the maximum prescribed time of 10 hours. Absolutely no change. Maybe it works if the stains are on top of the grout. But it does not work at all if the mold has gotten under the caulk sealant. I am back to the original plan of resealing the shower. The product was nicely packaged and very tightly sealed. (In fact, the foil seal on the bottle was so tight I struggled to get it off, even with a paring knife.) The gel is easy to apply and super thick. Even though they warn to use ventilation, I did not notice an odor (which does make me wonder if there are any active ingredients in it at all). Unfortunately, I am outside the 30-day return window, so I am stuck with a product that does absolutely nothing. Live and learn. Buyer beware.

**UPDATE 6/8/22** Supplier reached out and sent a new bottle of product. The new bottle contains a proper gel and works as advertised. They stated that there was a bad batch. I have updated the review to 4 stars as the gel holds in place well and tackles light staining on grout and silicone effectively. If you received a bottle of product that was thin like water, let the supplier know so it can be replaced. ..... I had purchased this product about two years ago and was pleased. The original bottle had a viscous gel that clung to the tile or grout line and had minimal odor....it worked really well. The newest bottle I received has a viscosity similar to water and immediately flows away from the application site. It also burns my eyes but doesn't seem to have any effect on the staining. I don't know if this is a bad batch or a change in the product. Either way, it no longer applies or works as advertised.

This was advertised as a gel that sticks to grout and cleans it after several hours. First of all, it is not a gel. It is a watery liquid that runs does not stick and just drains away. Second, it does not work. I applied it to the mold, left it overnight and saw no difference to the treated area. I think the liquid in the bottle is just water. Save your money. Do not buy this. Update: After I wrote this review, the company contacted me and sent me another bottle of the product free of charge. This was thicker and gel like and it worked great!! My original order must have been a bad batch. And I want to commend the customer service folks at Followin. They reached out and made it right. I am ordering two more bottles.

While this product does clean off the mold, it was too cumbersome to use in that you have to squirt it over each and every part of grout that has mold on it and in the shower, the entire walls had mold, so it took a long time, was slow and tedious to do; slid down as I applied it and in some spots, I had to do a second round. Plus, it took almost the entire bottle to do the shower tiles, so for the price, it is not worth it for one application. Additionally, I think a spray version would be better to make it less tedious to us to cover an entire area of tiles. I would not buy this product again. The company may want to reformulate it to make it a spray application to make it much less work. Lastly, it came to a point where I had to apply it with a toothbrush in each and every crevasse and the entire process took way too much time.

Excelente producto

Only reason it works is it eats through the caulk! Unless you want to re caulk everything don’t bother. Now I have a major job on my hands for trusting this junk. Only left 5 stars so this review would be seen. I’m furious! This says leave 3-10 hours. I left it on for 3… and notice there’s STILL mold stains. Only caulk is lifted..
