Those 2 buttons of watch are not working properly. Date button and Days button . Please upgrade something better.

I purchased this watch and Color disappears after one month and not works properly . Amazon customer care also replies irresponsible , Iam confused tht Amazon delivered original or duplicate watch . U can see in video and photo round circle rise gold Color disappeared and also Somu minutes points also loosed Color .

please tell me if this is original?? and do we get the manufacturer warranty or seller warranty? I am raising this question to have better understanding on the product before i buy
