Didn't feel a difference
I didn't really feel much of a difference when taking this product. I did feel a little bit bloated when taking it as well, but it may not necessarily been from the product. I probably will not purchase this again in the future.

I have read great reviews about this product. It is a workout companion, not a diet pill. From my understanding, it may make you retain water however the water retention is for the purpose of transporting nutrients to your muscles. It is also formulated for women...love this! I just bought my bottle and will update my review once I try it. Standby....

I would not solely rely on this as a pre-workout. However I've noticed an amazing difference as how I feel after my workout! Usually I'm super sore but this actually helps stop the sore feeling! I don't feel bloated and I haven't had any bad side effects. This was a good buy!

Why does it have to be pink?
I am a fan of this product. It gives me added energy for my workouts without making me feel crazy and jittery. I have noticed an increase in endurance and strength and have not experienced any bloating side effects. I just wish it didn't have Red 40 in it. Is it necessary to color it pink just because it's designed for women? No i'd rather take it without artificial dyes.
