Solid choice for kegel weights - worth the price in my opinion
There's a good range of weights in this set, and they're very comfortable. The weights' coating is a silky smooth silicone, and the colors are aesthetically pleasing. When you have the correct weight in, you won't notice the shape or size of it. If you have too heavy of a weight, you will notice it and it will be uncomfortable so I suggest trying them out until you find the right one for your body. The pull tab isn't uncomfortable or noticeable at all, in my experience. The set also comes with a little satchel, which I appreciated. I've been using them twice a day, nearly everyday, since getting them and I think they're great. I personally believe this set is worth the price.

Absolutely what I needed!
I'm suffering from a stage 2 prolapse from pregnancy/childbirth and I definitely pee a little when I cough/laugh/sneeze. Only been using for a week with the ivory weight as starters as I'm having troubles even keeping that one in! But I've already seen improvement!!If nothing else, get them to teach your body how to do Kegels properly. I didn't realize I was doing them wrong until I started with these weights.

Useful
Seem to be helping. Simple enough to use while just doing housework. Guess I’ll see in 1month or so the long term effects

Works as intended
I had fallen down some stairs in our new home and since then I have been experiencing leakage. Gyno said I needed to work on pelvic floor health to restore. So I decided to try this product at the suggestion of my doctor. This works surprisingly fast. I've only been using it for a week, and already see a difference. I'm happy it's working since I'm way too young to be dealing with this.

NO MORE LEAKS!
I am 57 years old and gradually over time I noticed that I tended to leak urine if I sneezed or coughed hard. As time went on it got worse. I would also notice after I finishing urinating that some residual would leak out. I never thought this would happen to me as I am in very good physical condition. I exercise daily and make health a priority. I talked to other women about this issue and most seemed to think it was just part of aging. Others were on medication for it. I did not want to go on medication. I debated about buying this kit for almost a year. I guess I was living in denial that it would get better. I tried doing kegel exercises but could never feel them engaging. After months I did not feel that I had made any progress. So I finally ordered the kit. When it came I still not want to believe that I really needed to do this. I did not use it for a month. After one really bad cold with an equally bad cough I knew I NEEDED to do it. The first time I put the lowest weight in it fell out within a minute. I reinserted it only to have it happen again. I was frustrated and somewhat shocked to realize just how weak my muscles were. I kept using it. vIt took me almost two weeks until I could keep it in for 15 minutes. I found that I did better using it in the evening when I was more relaxed. When I got to the second weight I found it easier. By the time I got to the third weight I would put it in the early evening and would just keep it in until it fell out. Sometimes it would be ten minutes, sometimes it would be two hours.I am happy to report that I am now on the fifth weight and doing wonderfully. NO MORE LEAKS no matter how much I cough, sneeze or laugh. I no longer need to use panty liners. It is a wonderful feeling to have my life back.I WOULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT '10' STARS IF I COULD!

not seeing improvement
I think the bad reviews are simply based on differences in women's anatomy and underlying issues, and I don't know if there's a way to tell if these will work for you or not prior to buying. I can't imagine these being difficult to insert for anyone unless you haven't used a tampon before and/or are a virgin. They are sleek, go in/out easily, feel very high quality, and are easy to clean use after use. I keep the box next to our shower so I remember to wear it while I shower at least. However, i haven't seen much improvement.Initially, I couldn't hold even the lowest weight while standing. It slid right out. So the thought of the highest weight being easy to walk around with seems crazy to me! I started trying them about 2months after my 4th child was born, so my pelvic floor was probably about as bad as it can be. I have a history of pelvic floor issues and after my first was born I started peeing while running. I've never had incontinence before that and I'm determined to overcome this now that I'm done having kids. I can't go to any kind of workout class without leakage and I'm very frustrated. So, I started using the lightest weight while laying down. I used the tutorial online to learn how to do a proper kegel (think of picking up a blueberry and holding it) and slowly started to see improvement (like being able to hold the kegel for 10 seconds multiple times in a row). However, now that I can hold the lightest weight for at least a few minutes while standing up, my progress has stalled. I was hoping to just use this while showering and then keep wearing it after until I couldn't hold it anymore. Then move up to the next weight and do the same. However, I've never made it past using the lightest weight. Some days I can hold it for a while mostly standing still so I'll start to walk around and then it starts to come out. Other days I can't even hold it for a couple of minutes standing still before it starts to come out. I thought this would improve over time, but it hasn't. I have been running about 3x a week so that may be the problem as that can put added stress on an already weak pelvic floor. So I'll try stopping running to see if that makes a difference, though I'm sad about that as I've already given up so much that I used to do (like ab workouts!). I'm also now looking at other options and an online "workout" through Sharny and Julius. I only mention that in case it's of interest to someone else.
