Perfect for work!
I recently purchased this voice amplifier and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear, even for extended periods, making it perfect for mobile use. Despite its small size, the sound quality is loud and clear, easily reaching a group of 20-30 people without distortion with correct position or else you will hear feedback. What I appreciate most is that it comes with complete accessories: a headset microphone, waist/shoulder strap, charging cable, and even a user manual that’s actually helpful. It’s lightweight, user-friendly, and comes ready to use straight out of the box.

Comfortable Voice & Patience Saver
I’m staying with my dad while recovering from injury/surgery. He is hard of hearing, finds hearing aids uncomfortable, and usually doesn’t wear them. I got hoarse from shouting to him and frustrated repeating myself, This little device lets my dad hear me the first time and has allowed my voice to heal. It has volume adjustment that can get quite loud (for my purposes). It is simple to use (for voice amplification). It is possible to get a really loud high pitched feedback sound. I would suggest turning the speaker volume all the way down before powering the device on. Keep the microphone and speaker maybe at least six inches from each other and slowing adjust the volume up.There are a variety of ways to attach the speaker. I usually can’t stand things around my neck (even a necklace) but this works for me with the neck strap, The speaker is very lightweight. I also typically can’t tolerate things on my head. The microphone/headset is light weight and comfortable on my neck, seems like microphone can be adjusted infinite ways.I wish I’d had this product years ago for times when I lost my voice or had laryngitis.

Good for teachers that lose their voice or folks who cannot speak above a whisper.
A good value for teachers who keep losing there voice. My classroom has very bad accoustics so I need to speak over the reverberations. Good enough for class but I would not say it up to any singing performance. My students ask to use it all the time. I found allowing students to use it if they are presenting or running an activity works well. The charge does not last all day but I use the usb plug provided to charge it in class. I even had an old phone charger I can use to charge it in my car to and from school. Very convenient.I recommend it for an affordable tool for lively classes and large areas if you are struggling to be heard. Saves my voice. Other teachers and even students have asked me where they can buy it. If you are considering it, buy it. The benefits exceed the cost. Teachers buy so much for the class but this makes life easier everyday and you will not lose your voice. Stop buying throat loxengers buy this.Could work well for elderly who cannot project their voice to keep them socially involved.

Decent little light weight speaker
I bought this during the COVID pandemic because my voice gets so muffled under my N95 mask/face shield or elastomeric respirator/helmet and find myself having to lean in close to patients and shout in their ear. This little voice amplifier has saved my voice. Sound quality is good enough except when I put my AirPods in my ears too, then I get a repetitive clicking interference on the speaker, which can be mitigated if I turn the volume down. With the respirator I have to aim the mic down because the mouth piece of the respirator sits low. Sometimes the mic in that position is too close to the speaker and gives a horrible feedback, which again can be mitigated by turning the volume down. So I find it best to have the speaker hanging on the hip further away. Battery life is decent enough. It can last up to 3 days the way I use it. But I haven’t figured out how to tell when my battery is low other than the speaker not staying on for more than a couple of minutes at a time.UPDATE: alas, I had to retire this little voice amplifier after just 2 years. The little plastic loops that the strap clips into break so easily. when one of them broke I was still able to use the strap to hang it around my neck. But when the 2nd loop broke and I was no longer able to use the strap to hang it, I had to use the clip to clip it to my pocket. Unfortunately, every time I walked the movement of my legs would wriggle the device free and it would fall out of my pocket. The final fall proved fatal as it broke the volume wheel. Sadly, I think the mechanics would have lasted longer had the little plastic loops of attachment not failed so early. for that I'm taking away a star. I am, however, very happy with the SHIDU voice amplifier I bought to replace this unit. the SHIDU has longer battery life, and minimal clicking interference when I put my AirPods in my ears.
