Loved this set. Don't get your hopes up on the parachute though. It needs a strong wind to stay inflated...but it does work and for the price it's perfect.

these traing aides were a great asset to strengthen n condition for my 8yr old during football practice...very durable! parachute pretty good resistance running! just what we needed for speed n agility

Seems I am missing some things while I am not sure what other things are for... I assumed there would be some sort of list or something. I don’t see resistance bands listed in the description in the package. The X shaped thing in the middle of the picture doesn’t go with anything that I can tell. The ball sling has the same velcro as the X shaped velcro thing. Not sure how to strap the parachute on to your waist. The band in the far left of the picture will not go around any average size person. Help me out please!! Thank you!Will update the rating when I figure out the set up!

They dont tell u the lather is not ready to go ..u have to fix it
