Great to smoke with
Good clean chips, produce a lovely mild smoke. I'm using it in a Masterbuilt electric so I snip the bigger chips down to make using the side loader easier, but mostly small enough.Already bought more from them, highly recommended

Gave a nice smokey flavour, but so it should lol. Good value though.

Clean smokey sweet flavour, good quality wood.
Imparts a great sweet smokey flavour to your meat. I used it to hot smoke some hams and ham hocks, for 8 to 12 hours, over 140 degree Celsius heat on my bbq. Low and slow, then maxed out the temp for the last 30minutes to crisp up the skin. The smoke penetrated well and there was a prominent red smoke ring. Great product for smoking meat. Baby back ribs next. Can't wait.
