Perfect Intro Vest – Functional, Comfortable, and Well-Made
As someone new to weighted vests, this was the perfect starting point. I went with the 15lb version—honestly, it felt like a bit too much at first—but after a few walks, my body adjusted and now it feels just right. It’s been a great way to add a bit of challenge to everyday movement. The vest is very functional, with adjustable straps that help get a secure, comfortable fit. It’s small enough to wear under a jacket or sweatshirt, yet doesn’t feel overly bulky. The build quality is excellent—no sand leakage at all, which I know can be an issue with some other vests.Overall, it’s well-designed, durable, and easy to use. A fantastic option for beginners or anyone looking for a compact, high-quality vest to step up their fitness game

A good vest-ment!
Just enough weight that I am not hurting, and getting a good walk. The vest is not tight on me and I have good movement. I am a little over weight, not muscular, but fat, and hope this will assist in making the transaction a little faster from fat to muscle. I am walking (fast walk) about seven miles a day prior to purchasing this vest. I tried wearing the vest yesterday and could only walk more than two miles (tired me out!). I thought not to push myself and get used to the weight and work myself up to where I was without the weights. I walk daily, so I do not believe getting used to the vest will take too long. There was a very faint smell, but not enough to bother me. There is no sand leakage. This vest provides me the right weight and resistance level. A good buy and investment for my health.

Good vest, good for HIIT, good for weights, body work, tried 20 and kept the 30.
1 - I very rarely review products, but I had to review this one, because of the -few- negative comments, to provide my thought.I am 175, 5'10", very active.I mainly bought it to hike at moderate pace w the dog in the woods and on trails. I do from 1-6 miles w it, feels great, good weight distribution, after a bit you forget its there.I also use it at the gym for pushups/pullups/and to add general weight/resistance to farmer's walks, curls, squats, deadlifts.I tried the 20, it a was a bit on the lighter side, but it fit more snug and was a bit more tailored. The 30 is a great weight, but it comes in a bit bigger size, so not as snug for me, I adjusted the straps to smallest. It is very good for above mentioned workouts. It slim enough where I can even lie on my back and do bench press.IN REGARD TO NEGATIVE COMMENTS:Weighted vests are NOT made for running, for jogging, for tennis, basketball, ballet, or anything like that. I did a lot of research, you are not supposed to do those types of dynamic exercises, you can pull muscles, damage your vertebrae, damage joints, pinch a nerve. They bounce a little and that makes for more risk of injury. The sizing comes for a typical average body, a 30LB vest I would say would fit a 5'10"-6'4" quite well. But if you are on a very small short side, or are very very husky, or very overweight, or have gigantic breasts, then perhaps you should take that into account and perhaps not get one.It is silly to run w a weighted vest.In regards to sturdiness and how it holds up, we shall see, I only used it for 2 weeks. But then again, its heavy, so I don't throw it around, or smack it hard, after all its made of fabric, material that can rip if you hurl it far and with its weigh of 30LB.

Very good weighted vest to start out- but odor!
This is a very good weighted vest for the price. The quality is very good, and overall it’s not terribly uncomfortable. If you’re walking or running you’ll want to pull the straps tight. My only gripe is that it smells due to whatever material it is filled with to give it the weight. The odor isn’t terrible or foul, but it does smell and I can walk into the room it’s in and get a whiff every single day. It hasn’t dissipated since having it last four weeks, still present. I’m fine with it.I bought a 12lb to start out with. So for reference I’m 172 lbs and they say a good rule of thumb is to start w 10% of your body weight. I’ll tell you that I’m glad I started w the 12 pounder bc after the first two walks/ gentle workouts I could feel it was working. Wasn’t terribly sore, but definitely felt it the following day. Thats how I know it’s working! The fit is pretty good , but if you are larger busted, you might have some trouble with spillage between the two front straps across the chest or a uni- boob. I’m a DD cup and as you can see in pics it splits the girl’s horizontally. (I do have on a banded sports bra) It doesn’t bother me though bc I’m 49, finally love my body, and don’t go to the gym to impress anyone other than myself! My only question is that if I was to wear a tank top, would my arms rub against the sides, causing chafing? I won’t know until we’re in the warmer temps.Overall, I am pleased with the product. It serves the purpose, and I am looking forward to growing into heavier, weighted vests as I continue my strength training, and I’ll likely but this brand again.

A Game-Changer for Women’s Fitness
I recently purchased this weighted vest and it’s been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine! This vest is an incredible value for its quality, comfort, and versatility. It is perfect for my needs as a woman looking to boost strength and bone health without breaking the bank.I love how versatile this vest is—I’ve worn it for dog walks, treadmill sessions, and even household chores, turning everyday tasks into mini workouts. The added resistance makes my heart work harder, and I’ve noticed improved endurance and posture after just a few weeks. Research supports that weighted vests can help prevent bone loss, especially for women concerned about osteoporosis, which gives me confidence I’m investing in my long-term health.

The BEST Weighted Vest for your workouts!
This vest seriously leveled up my workouts. Whether I’m walking, doing squats, or just cleaning the house (yep, I tried it), I feel the burn so much faster. It stays snug without bouncing around, and the adjustable straps are a lifesaver. If you want to make everyday movement or workouts more intense without lifting heavier — this is your secret weapon. Bonus: it makes you feel kind of like a fitness superhero.
