This is my second purchase, they have improved the taste, it no longer slightly taste bitter. I sleep within minutes after having it, it's just the best for me

It doesn't make you sleep. May make you calm. Not happy with the product out put. I am not getting sleep despite having it. Waste of Rs.400. Don't buy it.

Tastes extremely sweet and does not help for sleep.

The day they arrived I tried one of them because I was struggling with sleep issues, I couldn’t sleep on time it took me untill 3 AM to feel sleepy & try harder to fall asleep. I always had sleeping issues since I was a kid, nothing helped me.But jt wasn’t recently I decided to give sleeping pills a try. Started with this since it was extremely cheap, I thought there was no harm in trying it out.So glad these helped me out! Within 40 minutes of trying it out, I fell asleep immediately, I slept like a baby with no interruptions. It was one of the most peaceful sleeps I’ve had in a very long time. I also woke up really early too! By 7:30 AM I was up. It was a 10 hours of sleep.
