This the best Iron Tavares ever made. Must have the Dots At the Back. This the 2nd Tava of Similar Type which i have Bought. The rrason for Replacement is very negligable as i am very very perticular & choosy like tuning of a musical instrument. Have written to you earlier to Replace which you have already Approved. When I spoke to the Manufacturer on the number u had given, he had willingly agreed & said He had 2 Tavas ready for replacement with my specs. Now I request YOU To Arrange for the Replacement immediately. I had sent you a Mail earlier in this regard. Please Act with your Advice. Thanks.

The item was packed perfectly. The tawa is of good quality; rotis get evenly heated. Its easy to clean and not very heavy. The tawa is concave; so its curved and suitable for phulkas. It may be a bit overpriced but the quality is really good. It leaves some rust when water remains on it; but thats expected with an iron tawa. Just a little problem with the tawa handle; it has a bit of iron sticking out which has a sharp end and could hurt. we could fix it easily by fastening a thick tape around it as you can see in the pictures.

Good to cook

It's an average tawa.. Noenough thickness.. So chapathi gets burnt easily.. Over hyped product.

Replacing this as it was rusted and stained upon opening it. It came in a cloth - net kind of packing which was torn from on top so maybe that's the reason though I doubt so . Rubbed it with tissue paper and you can see the amount that came off. Urgently needed a tawa so used it. Oiled it well after that. Rusted even further. CC said it was returnable but not replaceable but upon my request the seller said that they would replace it within two days. That was a week ago. Called CC again just now and returning it. Edit: no replacement came so ordered a new one which came THREE WEEKS later to my to rust as badly as the first one. Not only that, there is a horrible smell that persists days later even after washing it many times. ALSO, the edges of this tawa are rough so the sponge tears and cuts the hand. Bought a fantastic one from the local mkt today for less than half this price.

The product is simply awesome, this is my 2nd cast iron product in one week, the previous one was Rock tawa 9 inch one. People who have added that there is a pointy projection at the end of the handle are correct and it is bit risky to wash or use with that, hence the moment it arrived i banged some hammer over it 3-5 times gently and the problem was taken care, I don't wanted to tape it, coz during washing with contact with water it will come off and it may then even start to feel sticky and this temporary solution we had to repeat. Hence i hammered it, but I wanted this to be done by manufacturer instead of we household people doing the same.
