Wasabi Power Battery (2-Pack) and Charger for Kodak KLIC-7006, LB-012 and Kodak PIXPRO FZ55, FZ53

Wasabi products are a great alternative to the more expensive OEM batteries.

These Wasabi batteries (with included Wasabi charger) power my Kodak Easyshare M580 camera. I like that this is a two-pack of batteries with a charger. I keep one charged battery in the camera and one charged battery in the camera case, so I can continue taking pictures when I have exhausted the charge on the first battery; that way, I can continue capturing the moment without the disappointment of having to stop because I have only one charged battery. The charger works consistently well and the batteries charge in less than an hour. I use this camera in extremes of heat and cold; other batteries don't last very long. The Wasabi batteries give my camera charge for many pictures, and lots of flash, before they are depleted. It would be impossible to give an exact figure of how many pictures I can take before the battery is out of charge (due to varying conditions for each shot), but a guessimate would be an average of at least 50 images. Of course, rechargeable batteries age and you get fewer shots with each fresh charge, but I find that under the harsh conditions in which I've used these batteries, I get about 3 years of use before I'm down to just a few images with each charge, and it's time to search for fresh batteries. I return to Blue Nook for the replacements because it has the best package deal of 2 batteries and a charger. You just can't beat it. Eventually, I'll have to give up this camera, but I expect that Blue Nook will have the batteries and charger that I need for future cameras. Thanks, Blue Nook!

Double up and save money. These batteries really give lasting value to my digital camera. The energy lasts longer than the original, And comes with a portable charger. Thanks to modern innovation, the charger makes it easier to take with you, as well as the extra batteries make for longer camera life when out and about.

still need to verify battery life, otherwise what was advertized was received

it works if you remove the batteries and charge them on the little dock it comes with but it won’t charge while the batteries are inside of the camera with the micro USB cable. It’ll flash orange… and then it’ll just shut off.
