These are great, keep you pretty full for a few hours and are helping me lose weight. I do them with water and they are super thick and creamy. I'm gradually trying all the flavours. Chocolate is my favourite (not in this pack). The white choc and raspberry, and the mint choc are both lush. Caramel is nice. I hate coffee but my partner has the Latte ones so they aren't wasted and said they are okay but quite rich.

These are good value, the flavours are lovely and you dont get that powdery texture which you get with some shakes. I will definitely be ordering more.

These work well with milk or water (or half and half) - thicker with milk, doesn't suit all flavours. For me, the cafe latte was like a rubbish realllly milky coffee, which was too much for me, so i'm giving those away. (Might have been better made with only water.) The other three taste good, the texture is smooth, there's no nasty after taste, no grittiness. (NB: I used a nutrabullet to whizz them, so they're really well mixed and frothy.) Better than the "normal" flavours for me.

Well worth a try, flavours are great and consistency good with either milk or water. Purchased after advised my previous shakes we're low in protein and these shakes had a great write up and didn't disappoint! Definitely making a second purchase 👍

OMG... the orange flavour is disgusting. The other flavours are ok.

I put on a little more weight than I thought at xmas and needed to shift a few excess kilos for surgery in february. Bought these as the flavours looked a bit quirky and thought that they'd be fun for time when I want variety. Taste nice, not too chemically.
