Does this bottom shaper really lift butt or slim waist？

I definitely notice there is more slimming in the waist support vs. lifting the butt support.

You would have to contact the seller about that. But I highly doubt they offer a COD (cash on delivery) payment. Most companies do not offer that anymore as of about 10 years ago.

I recommending going for the size you normally go for instead of what their chart says. I am always a large, but the chart's measurements put me at an XL. Now I'm going to be returning that to get a large like I should have done in the first place
