Casio Collection Mens Analogue Watch

I already own a Casio Wave Ceptor chronograph, along with several G Shocks, so I am no stranger to the quality of Casio watches.I bought this watch to wear day-to-day as my other watches are 'too good' to wear constantly.This is by no means a 'cheap watch' despite its very reasonable price.The watch has all the usual build quality that one would expect from far more expensive casio watches.The dial is clear and easy to read and the yellow illumination stays lit for a reasonable amount of time once the button has been pressed.The watch case is sturdy and well built and strap adjustment was fairly easy, requiring no specialist tools.Make no mistake, this is no chronograph, it is a basic illuminator watch. It doesn't come with all the bells and whistles of a chronograph, but if you are looking for an accurate, well built, day-to-day watch, or if you are considering your first Casio purchase, perhaps for a youngster, then this is the time piece for you.

Nicely packaged. I have another Casio watch which is equal in quality. Nice clear face.Simple design . No darevor day but not a deal breaker. Luminous hands. A little thick but not massively so. The second sweep hand has a red tip which is a cool accent.The best part of this is the " illuminator" function. Press the button and the watch lights up with a cool orange glow enabling you to read the watch in the dark! It stays on for approx 5 secs then dims away to off. It's not as good as my favourite watch illumination i.e. Timex Indiglo ,but I can't fault it's functionality. I can read the time in total darkness easily still on this watch.UpdateThe watch is still working well. It's not been worn that much but I can still recommend it. I find the strap a little stiff for my liking but nothing wrong with it.

Good quality all purpose watch. Keeps good time, robust. Only down sides, orange illuminator LED can make seeing the hands difficult in the dark, a cool blue or white LED, as with older designs would have been better. Also mineral made glass facing scratches with surprising ease. Its design implies its a Sports / outdoor pursuits watch, but its not really.Practical, decent value for money, and I like it, but its a budget based everyday use watch. Not dressy and not for camping trips or extreme sports either. But as a general everyday job it functions just fine.

I added this to my Casio collection on a whim. I was really surprised at how good this cheap watch looks and wears.It looks impressive and as though it cost more than it did. This is a watch I wear very often when Im not wearing one of my G Shocks.

Nice little watch. I like the design and the detail on the watch face.As for the negatives, the illumination is just about good enough but the disappointment is that the gap between the spring bars and the watch face is very narrow meaning fitting a replacement strap or a NATO is difficult, sometimes impossible. Also Casio, would it kill you to put some hex head screws around the bezel - the ones used look overly cheap considering they are decorative.

This is an excellent watch for the price. It's relatively comfortable (the strap takes a little bit of time to get used to) and it appears to be built well. I'd recommend this watch to anyone looking for a casual watch to wear to work or around the house.

Casio make calculators? Years ago I bought a Casio watch- functional and long lasting.Fashions change but this new watch is much lighter but more water resistant-330 feet.it is very comfortable but I will upgrade the strap.I have many Seiko mods and some luxury watches- but for today if you want a go anywhere, strong, and I am sure reliable watch this does it for you.It does not tell me the time in Tahiti, nor my blood pressure, nor my calorie intake- but it does make me feel good.A VW Beetle for the wrist.

Use it for work so it takes a beating, looks great and looks more expensive than what it is. Can’t complain with this watch, very happy with it
