They are plastic and are very durable. They also spray out a very fine mist so they are great for moistening a makeup sponge or anything you need to produce a fine mist.

Can it be used to water plants?

If it’s a tiny plant, or you’re trying to lightly mist the leaves, then yes. But this is a “fine mist” spray so you’ll have to pump A LOT if you’re trying to soak the soil of larger plants.

Does this spray upside down? Like 360 all around.

It's fed by an internal straw, so it will work only when completely full.
