Great Shoes!
This shoes are great. For some people they might look kind of wide but this are made for over pronators and people that weight like 200 pounds or so. The color is just like the pictures. The materials used in its construction are very good. Arch support is excellent. This ARE made for running, Not too wide or pointy nose wise. Just what I needed! I`ve been told that you can get more than 500 miles from them, I`m on 20 on this one because I have several other running shoes that I`m trying out. I`m not a professional runner nor I run more than 15 miles a week, but I do love this shoes and think they will last long.

Second pair of Hurricane 16's, love them!
This is my second pair, my first was Blue, I ran about 500 miles in them training for a marathon, and I ran the marathon in them. I did not want to pay the $150 for a pair of Hurricane 17, which would be the newer model. I looked all over for the Hurricane 16 and found a better color choice (3 colors) and the cheapest price anywhere here on Amazon.com. I am very satisfied, I'm training for another marathon, I ran 12 miles the other day and no issues with my feet. The shoes are great! thank you! oh ps.......... I really like the color orange. I run at 4:30 am so I wear a lot of reflective clothing, the orange shoes are great, I've got a lot of compliments on the color of the shoes too.

Great shoe!
My 4th pair. I love them. I walk about 5 miles a day and they hold up well with the poor feet that I have. I use them with the Aetrex Lynco L2220 insole in them and the combination cannot be beat for me. The insole that comes with them is very comfortable, but I need the extra support because of numerous surgeries. I'll buy again if any are left on Amazon in my size.

Nice cush and stability, but with some issues
I got these shoes as an "upgrade" from the Triumph 11. I've wide feet and the 2E fit exactly as expected. They are extremely comfortable and have abundant cushioning, making them ideal for long distance road running. However, it has couple of issues that would make me think twice about buying them again:1. the toe box loses some of its shape the wetter/sweaty they get. This is means after 10 miles or so I have to stop and re-tie them.2. I believe this is a consequence of issue #1 above: the insoles shift quite a bit once the shoe becomes wet (internally) which also adds insult to injury. Having to stop mid run to re-tie/re-set insoles is not a particularly good experience.

Great Stability Shoe
I wore a Hurricane 14 and when they were worn out I decided to try some new shoes just to see what else was out there. Tried the Asics GT 2000, a very good shoe, but not quite as comfortable a fit for me, too much of a drop from heel to toe. Then tried the Adidas Supernova Glide, which just didnt have enough support for me. Back to the Hurricane line with the 16 and the support is just hard to match. It doesn't have the soft bounce of the Adidas shoes, but the support is just so good.

Great shoe for the road
Love the shoe. Yep - it's BRIGHT. But I like orange so it's all good. I've been using Saucony for >20 years now. Tried switching away last year and had all kinds of calf issues. I'm back. Love the Hurricane line; good, stable, shoe. 8mm drop seems to be perfect for me. Took the neonness out of the box and wore them the next day on a 25 mile run. No issues. I've gotten ~100 miles on them so far without a problem. I don't anticipate any, but will update the review if anything unexpected happens (other than needing sunglasses when I tie 'em <grin>)

Can't be beaten!
Well, I can, but the shoe can't. I have worn Saucony for over 20 years now. The Hurricane 16 is an excellent progression in the series. Pay attention to how they say to size the shoe because it fits just as they say. I have tried many other shoes in addition to my Saucony shoes over the years and never found anything to come close. Good looking show, great support, and comfortable...mile after mile.

Great shoe but miss the tongue pocket
Great running shoe and comparable to the 14 (did not try the 15). Thanks to the previous reviews/tips for advising on the larger size, bought 1/2 a size smaller and they are perfect fit. My only complaint with this model is that the tongue does not have a pocket to fit a key or pod as did the 14, which I find very frustrating. Why remove such a useful feature? Otherwise I am very satisfied and will continue to run in this shoe.
