The battery will charge in about 4 hours from "flat". I know that because every morning with the computer turned off, the battery is at zero. FOLLOWUP, Good customer service from the company selling this battery. Received an email offering return or replacement. Many companies ignore dissatisfied customers. It appears that this is not one of them. If the next battery works, I'll move them to the top of my list for computer parts.

Matches the oem battery it replaced in terms of cell life in a new to new comparison.Durability seems fine I have run it through 20ish charge cycles and so far it's held up great.Installation is standard and easy. I recommend looking up a teardown of your model if it's your first time however.
