this is not a screw on tip, this is glue on tip. this is also professional layers tip.you can replace this tip with kamui or sea-eye, konllen tip as you want if the tip was old after playing with.

Where or how on this Pool cue/stick can you apply or change weights ?

weight bolts screw into the end of butt of cue. order the weight you want.

Don’t know for sure but very happy the was it plays . I have used a Joss cue for 20 year and this one plays well
