A real life saver and so easy. I've used it twice on my vehicles tires and they're still going strong.

UPDATE 2: The more I drive, the better it seals. It seems like it has started sealing and is closing the puncture.UPDATE: After a short drive, the plug has settled and it's losing air at a slower pace. Still not 100% but works better than the nail. Anyway, I ordered another kit to fix it for real.As someone correctly pointed out - it may work well for perfectly perpendicular holes. Not if the puncture was caused by an object that entered under an angle.I was hoping these rubber mushrooms would work - but not for me, not this time - it's losing air faster than with the nail.

I had a nail in my tire and had been lazy to go get it repaired. Just kept putting air every other day. Then came across and ad for this and looked easy enough. Best money ever spent. Its small enough to fit anywhere and so quick to use. Its designed for regular size tires not low profile ones, but it will still work. Just had to put a little elbow grease to get the metal sleeve in the tire but was still quick and easy took longer to jack up the car than to repair the hole. Instructions were super easy to follow anyone can use this. I'm buying one for every vehicle so my family won't have to be stranded because of a nail. It's been 3 days and no leaks so I'm happy.Now obviously it's just for standard nails and screws or small punctures. Won't work on wrench, rail road tie or wrench sized holes. I've seen all of these in tires I'm not exaggerating.So if you want a quality tire repair kit that won't break the bank and is easy to use then look no further.

I purchased this item thinking it was a great upgrade over the standard rope tire patch that with the mushroom head and thicker stem it would be better than the rope. Couldn't have been more wrong. The rubber material the plug is made from is made from a super soft material likely required to get it through the nozzle. It was so soft it didn't seal properly around the puncture and the tire still leaked significantly. Went back to the old rope style plug. That sealed on the first time applied. Also not called out in the description this is a temporary fix. A note inside of the pouch calls this out. I feel this should be in the description of the product also. The other thing I've noticed is every reference showing a tire being plugged is a motorcycle tire. Even a description is geared toward motorcycles listing many different brands of motorcycles this will work with. The description says it can do multiple types including cars ATVs motorcycles and tractors. Maybe. Mine was a simple nail and it could not get the job done. I am returning mine.

Great product works prefect

I purchased this tool with a bit of skepticism. More often than not I have been disappointed of many tools and gadgets that I find on Amazon. This one, however, did exactly as promised. At first I had a bit of difficulty using the tool, and then I discovered the instructions manual. Simple and straightforward instructions. I got my tires repaired in no time. This is definitely a keeper for me.I highly recommend this tool.
