I buy baklava for my mother each month because she deserves it and if I can't afford to give my mother something nice every month, then I have bigger problems in my life. This time I sent this brand because my nieces and nephews all discovered that they also like baklava and ate her whole box. I sent this one because it was bigger and a new brand. My mother said she definitely likes this one best. "At a scale of one to ten; You.. are eleven." Will buy again.

I purchase an item of this type every year for our anniversary as we truly do enjoy these confections. We also get a chance to try different styles and experience the different quality. These are above average but not quite as crisp and sweet as some of the others we've had. Although the pistachio flavor held up and we've often run into things that are sweet, but flavorless. I believe my comments about sweetness may be cultural. As Americans, we tend to prefer things slightly sweeter so a slightly less sweet product is something you're interested in, definitely I would recommend these. That however does not make up for the fact it could be a bit more crisp.

I was really excited to receive this box of treats. I love baklava and the different desserts I've had on my travels. I bought this to share and the teachers lounge and was embarrassed that I shared such a horrible product. They were dry and flavorless, a terrible representation of baklava. It sat in the lounge all week, half of it was left and I ended up throwing the box away. What a waste!!! Not worth the money at all. So disappointing.

So I fell madly in love with the baklava that has the red box, however they are no longer available and maybe it won’t come back. I see myself flying to the Middle East to get me a few boxes 😂😂 because I became addicted to them. So, I purchased this box and it seemed like it had some items missing but in reality, they just moved during transit. The baklava doesn’t have as much honey as I like. They were FULL of pistachios and it’s actually overbearing. Since they lack in honey the taste is rather bland. “Some” of the pieces were crunchy and delicious, as for the rest, I could live without! I will not be buying this product again and will either try some others, although I’m concerned because the reviews are concerning. In the meantime, I’ll pray until the baklavas in the red box return. I believe I left such a great review that everyone went buying them until they ran out. I’m heartbroken.

Thé freshness of the nuts comes through very nicely making for a wonderful sweet, but not too sweet, nut treat. Elegant presentation!!! Highly recommend for small gatherings.

I made an order. The package came very quickly in very good condition. The baklava tastes good. I recommend it. The price is reasonable compared with other offers.
