McCormick Hollandaise Sauce Mix, 1.25 oz (Pack of 12)

I figured since I have purchased this twice, it was time to rave about it. We are Hollandaise lovers. Making it from scratch can be costly and iffy to make sure you get it right. Enter McCormicks package Hollandaise Sauce. Butter, cold water and a package make it quick and delicious. I like a little more lemon flavor, so I add some fresh lemon juice at the end. Stir it in well, and you are ready to serve. I let it sit for about 15 minutes to come together completely. Over asparagus or Eggs Benedict and you have the perfect pairing. Not bad on lamb chops either. While it may seem pricey to buy such a big box, it doesn’t go bad or to waste. At your finger tips when you need it.

My title says it all. If you have the time, make your Hollandaise from scratch, It isn't too hard. But if you are in a hurry and/or don't have the ingredients, you can't beat McCormack's. Knorr, Gordon, Kroger, etc., are all bland and icky.

Love this brand of sauce and I can't find it in stores anywhere near me so finding this was awesome. Now we are stocked for awhile. Taste is the only one I like.

This sauce is soo yummy on broccoli and Eggs Benedict.

This holiday sauce taste all right, but it's not as good as homemade. It's useful if you're in a hurry .
