I don't take the time to write reviews about supplements but in this case I just had to. I was amazed that it came in such nice packaging. If you want to stand out in a crowded field of vitamins and supplements, then this is the way to do it. The glass bottle that my vitamin B-6 10mg came in was top notch. Was not expecting that. It's hard to find B6 in 10mg, and I am glad that I chose this option. Will be a repeat customer for sure and will be looking at this company first for other vitamin needs that arise. Well done.

Last check up my doctor told me to add 10mg of B-6 to intake....try finding 10mg of B-6. These tablets are shipped from Great Britian but arrive in a timely fashion. I have ordered a few times. All bottles sealed up tight, all orders arrived in a timely fashion. No complaints....

I bought this because I have trouble with high dosage Vitamin B6, but I do need to take some every day. Most Vitamin B6 comes in 100 mg or higher, but I have had trouble with what is sometimes referred to as "Vivid Dreams" when I take very much B6. Some people like that and take high doses in order to experience it, but I found them TOO vivid. I'd wake up convinced that I heard someone getting in my house, or a spider was on me. Even after I woke up, I'd believe it was true for a minute or two. I'd actually HEAR somebody at the door. I found it terrifying. When I discovered the B6 was causing it, I started trying to find a lower dose B6 so that I wouldn't have to split the pills into 12 or 16 pieces. This brand is 10 mg, so I can split it in 4 pieces and do fine. That still gives me the daily requirement, but I don't have the dreams. This brand comes out of Great Britain.

I like the dosage strength but is this brand third party tested? That's very important to me. Since I can't find any evidence that this is tested, I won't be buying it.

I suffer from mood swings, but B6 (along with calcium and magnesium) each day keeps me happy. Many B6 mak3s are 50 mg or more strength, which I think can be too high if tak3n on a regular basis, but this at 10 mg is just right for me. And it does work.

Excelent to aid absoprtion and production of neurotransmitters when taking aminoacids (particularly 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine in my case). The fact that it's available at this low dose is a huge plus for me since I take L-Tyrosine several times a day and too much Vitamin B6 can cause some trouble. Will keep buying HealthAid Vitamin B6 10mg, even if it comes from the United States (I'm from EU), since it is irreplaceable at this low doses. I actualy which they'd sell 5mg pills, since that's more than enough to boost any aminoacid production of a neurotransmitter.
