I was originally one of them, but Soom demonstrated outstanding customer service where Amazon failed.When I was refused a replacement by Amazon for the leaked jars, I reached out to Soom directly. They immediately offered me a refund or replacement. Outstanding personal customer service. Even though the Amazon shipment had leaked, I took the chance and requested a replacement from Soom — I had simply heard too many good things about this tahini not to try it. In the blink of an eye it arrived, in pristine condition. Soom had asked for the lot # of the leaked product, so perhaps the challenge was with a particular lot.This tahini is amazingly creamy, pourable and delicious — just waiting to be made into hummus or any number of other delicacies in my recipe file. It was well worth the wait. Far, far better than anything I’ve ever bought in the grocery store for taste and consistency. Absolutely delicious! Best tahini ever. The flavor is rich and the texture is creamy. It's also very versatile. Also, check out their dark chocolate sea salt tahini. It's my favorite treat!

When I lived in Houston this was easy to find. I now live on a lake in a rural area and the local markets don’t carry it. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon! Best tahini ever!!!!! I’ve been using it for years. The low price for 2 jars was an added bonus!

I grew up eating a lot of food made with Tahini and I use to eat it on its own a lot. I haven’t had it in such a long time and when I purchased this I was worried it would taste different from what I was use to, but it was absolutely amazing. Anytime I need more tahini I will always purchase this brand. It’s so good!

This is the BEST tahini out there, the consistency is perfect and I learned from sister NOT to refrigerate and it's s so much better this way.
