I'll be honest here, these multi vitamins absolutely work (had an issue with something that was much improved after a few weeks on these), but one thing that I'm not keen on was the smell and taste of what I assume is the cod liver oil element at the back of it. Having said that, because they work so well I'm still happy to give it a five star review and since there's a sixty day supply (I bought three bottles), I'll keep on taking 'my medicine' since it's effective, not to mention at a decent price. As for the fishy taste? If it works and it does, it's a small price to say and it is for adults!

Pills are a little big but not abnormally big and does have a fishy smell, like you would get from cod liver oil. However, you don't need to sniff them, in your mouth with some water and it's gone. The omega 3 could level could be higher but it's OK. I prefer this one tablet than the 3 large tablets from Wellmans.

I like that it contains Omega 3 in powder form as I believe it is better absorbed than the oil capsule versions. However, they stink like cod liver oil and I'm having trouble getting them down - a large mouthful of my dinner, loaded and ready to go down the hatch swiftly following the tablet. Ugh. But it's good for me.

First impressions are bad i know but bare with me.. they are vitamins with a ton of vits apparently ( i can't say with 100% certainty ). Whether they work for their intended purpose is far too soon to tell, but on first look and try . . initially they didn't smell that bad, it was only after opening them for leaving them out for a couple of days the smell took over my taste buds, now my taste buds can smell them lol which is really off putting. I bare with them though as I do need multivitamins with as much as I can get in them due to .. reasons I won't go in to. The smell is bad, the taste can be, just try and swallow them quickly before your taste buds get covered or you'll end up ( if you're like me ) throwing up due to the smell and taste. I didn't expect the smell or taste but i understand which is why I'm not saying don't, I'm just saying i can't really give a proper rating, but right now? I'm going to say 3 / 5 the negatives being the smell and taste, as they are pretty horrific. Give them a shot, it could just be me feeling the burn of them but i don't think I'll get them again. Don't let this put you off though, i have a myriad of issues so I'm a little sensitive maybe. As to their ability to work? I have no idea, i can't test them for authenticity or tell you what exactly is in them other than the advertisement's claims so i don't know. Sorry but honesty is the best policy

Great multivitamin. Been using this how a while now and definitely noticed a difference on the days I forget to take it.

Have all the vitamins you need

They were a good price compared to others when I bought them. I knew they were supposed to be big, but... I am used to taking a lot of tablets of different sizes, including large ones. In fact I take prescribed paracetamol every day - they are usually the long, "lozenge" ones, as are another medication (slightly larger in fact) I need to take two of alongside two paracetamol and another small one at dinner time. I can take them all in one go. *But* I had to use a pill cutter on these! I took them at lunchtime when I only have paracetamol and vitamins to take, so they weren't exactly fighting for space. I can't say how many times I choked on them throughout the months of their usage. They got stuck in my throat, and I'd have to eat something quickly to push it down. That was when problem 2 took hold. A "proper" swallow without any getting stuck would repeat on me with a very fishy after-taste, but after a half had been stuck, it took an age, a full meal and a couple of coffees to shift the "first-hand" fishy taste. Then came the second-hand taste... I'm sure that quality-wise, they are exactly as described. I have no reason to doubt that the amounts of the stated ingredients are what they say they are. But you've got to like fish...
