Rock solid when received. Box was previously opened.

The media could not be loaded. I am beyond annoyed with this purchase. Received it today and noticed the locking tab on the box was torn suggesting it was previously opened and returned. On opening the box, the "powder" was rock solid. Totally unusable ... AND IT IS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN??????
