Disappointing to need to use this in my practice only to have the light break when it’s new. No customer support or way to get replacement parts. Highly unprofessional!!

I love it but the instructions were missing some steps, the screws had fallen into the box, and the mag lamp was cracked (which could be the carriers fault).When I noticed the crack I really didn’t want to un-build it just to return it, but everything functions as it should and the steamer is way better than a single steamer that you buy. And the high frequency machine works really well. If I needed another machine I would rebuy this one.

I have had this machine for a little over a year and it is now starting to sputter hot water out and making a big mess and unsafe for patient use. Any suggestions?

This product never even worked once. It’s junk don’t buy it. Honor or stand behind their device so we were out $300. Terrible company to work with.

And how does the rest go ??????Was only able to put the stand together with those instructions. Going to try and look up the rest, was really looking forward on trying this steamer out. I guess off at a bad start

I used product at my spa for only 7 months and all of a sudden it doesn't steam up and water is in between the top red line and bottom line. From the beginning the steam was never strong, steam has always been very week

I’ve had this steamer for about a year and it works fine but it literally just started falling apart. All the plastic is cracking, screws started falling out, the joint on the mirror doesn’t hold tight.It biodegrading right before my eyes.So although the whole thing is basically falling apart I have it all duck taped up and it works great.Bummer
