I received the item late, when it did show up it had a big black smug across where the girl and dog sit. its imbedded and will not wipe off. Additionally, the dog color and the girls hair color was reversed. No return info added.

Wish print was bigger but besides that 10/10

I gave the wrong address for my sister in law so the mug was refused and disposed of by usps. I was so upset and reached out to the company. She said she would make a Jew one free of charge and send it out. I was amazed and my sister in law absolutely loved it!! It’s just her and her dog right now so it was the perfect gift.
