A delicious product for so many plant based meals
Wow I love this stuff. I make a nice sour cream substitute with a little lemon. Add lime juice and grated lime peel, salt and pepper and cilantro and its crema! I love making vegan chocolate mouse with melted dark chocolate and a bit of agave syrup in a blender. My husband really loves this product too. Mixed with a salsa, it makes a super creamy dip. Also, chill it, make a little sweet sauce with ginger and agave syrup, and have it cold as a nice treat after an Asian home made meal. It is delicious just like that!

10.8 ounces, not 12 ounces each
Got this April 3, 2025 and I got 12 boxes of the new shrinkflation packaging which is 10.8 ounces each instead of 12 ounces each. The pic and description posted need to change/be updated.

Shelf stable and not beanie... it's great!
My local supermarket sometimes carries organic silken tofu and sometimes doesn't. I needed to find a more consistent supply and gave this a try. I'm not going back to the supermarket ones anymore. This silken tofu is great and I have no complaints! There's very little to no "bean" aftertaste to it, it's not liquidy like the supermarket one, and the case of 12 I bought has a long shelf life to it (about 11 months before it expires). You'll need clean scissors to open the individual product container, but no big deal. I'll be purchasing more on a regular basis.

Doesn't hold it's shape.
We love this brand of tofu, but this particular one is mush. It is organic, which I like, but it does not hold shape for even a second. Either we got a bad batch or it's tooo silky. Tastes normal, but will not hold shape. Mush.

Wonderful Product
I love this Morinaga Organic Silken Tofu, Pack of 12 because it's great to always have some on hand. There are so many things you can do with it. I like it for puddings, pies, and smoothies. It's always so fresh and blends with whatever I put it in.
