How small does this fold down to? Im going to be flying and want something i can bring with and place in overhead storage

I used this stroller at the airport Up until boarding the plane. It folds easily, but the agent ticketed it and took it from us upon entering the plane. It was brought back to us when we landed so we had it to go through the airport at the other end. Several other passengers had strollers and did the same thing. It was easy. Agents at the gate will instruct you to do this. Safe travels!!

How far back does it go in the reclined position?

Stroller in general is good, but I specifically was looking for the recline feature and this stroller does NOT recline at all, if you are looking for a stroller that reclines this is not the stroller.

How is this stroller for taller people I have a stroller now and have to bend a bit trying to stroll is his got good height

The handle is not adjustable and does not extend. My spouse is 5'5 and I am 5'7 so it is comfortable for us to use. Depending on how tall you are, it might require you to bend a bit to use the stroller. I believe the handles are about 4ft or so from the ground like most strollers.

Does this have good steering? Is it easy to push on different terrains?

I love it, it's small and light weight. It's very easy to steer with one hand, when i push the stroller over bumps it's pretty smooth and it's very easy to get around. my 2yr old loves it. my 7yr old pushes the stroller for me and it's so easy, she has no problems.
