The blocks are narrower than the ones we use at Physical Therapy, but they still work! My daughter has narrower feet than I do, and will probably be able to stretch both calves at once.They are a good size and great value for the money, especially with the strap and carrying bag!

This set is what my doctor wanted me to have for therapy [the wedges], plus more!! All is of good quality !! I like the color too!

These wedge blocks are awesome. I have learned to perform better squats with them. Using them helps my whole body when doing squats. Until I used the calf stretcher, It was difficult stretching my hamstrings. The calf stretcher helps me to stretch my hamstrings better without getting cramps. I have not used the yoga wrist support yet.

affordable and i like the flat back - using this as a mini-ramp for my dog who can't quite make the step jump. Great option and sturdy, but lowered my rating because of quality control. They aren't the same height, off by a few mms, so makes it hard to line them up side by side for my use-case.

Purchased for use in stretching calf and ankle during recovery from drop foot. Wedge is satisfactory. I saw some comments about it being too slippery to use. It is a little slippery but it’s perfectly adequate for my ears. I knew the dimensions before I purchased but upon receipt realized that the wedges are slightly smaller than I expected. Product is fine for my use.
