So happy I discovered Unwind!
I am on my third tub of Unwind. Shortly after taking I can noticeably feel my whole body relax and feel heavier when settling down to sleep. My often anxious thoughts slow down and I sleep well with fewer wake ups. Big thumbs up from me. Really keen to try more products from the range.

Worked for me
I bought this as I had noticed that I was getting far more anxious than I usually would in situations such as presenting. I've seen a huge improvement from what felt like a fist of ice in my chest to some slight dry mouth. This isn't a cure or treatment, but I feel like it has made a difference in my levels of calm when faced with something I find stressful. I started out with three per day and have since dropped down to one before bed.Have to say that the fact its packaging shows it purely as a sleep aid is also useful as no one bats an eye when they see the bottle.Definitely happy with this and I know that a mix of this and confronting things I find challenging has done wonders for me. Very happy customer.

Sleep is a luxury, for me. It is illusive. But with these herbal supplements, sleep has been restored... whoohoo.

Wonder pill
This product is AMAZING!! If your looking for a sleeping tablet to take and be zonked out; this isn’t it. HOWEVER- I’ve been struggling with anti depressant withdrawal among many symptoms I had crippling anxiety, and awful insomnia. I’m now on day 3 of taking these 3x daily and my anxiety has gone, no panic attacks and I’m starting to sleep a lot better. I feel SO much calmer, heart rate a lot calmer and generally feel SO much better. I purchased these as they contain all the ingredients recommended through hours of internet searches to make me feel better. Highly recommend to anyone that struggles with anxiety and stress!!
