The cleanliness, consistency and the professionalism!
I have bought quite a few Shofars from another company as my husband and I teach Shofar classes. This Shofar was the first one I purchase from ProShofar and I have to say it is absolutely beautiful very clean and packaged with a lot of care and far exceeded our expectations. I ordered another one for my husband and the same for his. Which makes me happy because of the consistency. I just ordered another one to give as a gift to our Pastor I think moving forward that I will be purchasing many more Shofars from ProShofar in the future for our students.

good quality love it my shofar
It smells bad but we should know it is a horn from animal and it was used for every feast for Yah so I just put essential oil of cinnamon or tree bark oil and it removes some of the smell!

Besides being smelly, the Shofar is beautiful and sounds powerful!
It is indeed a beautiful Shofar!!! I never owned one before, but since this is the last days on Earth before the Tribulation, I was convicted by Holy Spirit to usher in Lord Jesus' coming to rapture His children at the Feast of Trumpets/Rosh Hashanah on September 23/24!!! Yes, I will be blowing the Shofar at that time!!! ALL GLORY TO El Shaddai (God Almighty)!!! It really only took me about 20-30 minutes to learn how to blow the Shofar. I never had any prior training. The easiest way is to blow air from the right or left corner of your lips, while placing the Shofar onto your lips. Despite what some people say, you don't need to blow very hard either. It's more about technique than how hard you can blow. First, practice just blowing air from a corner of your mouth (middle of mouth is harder to do), making sure that a solid stream of air is coming out. Air shouldn't be coming out anywhere else at your mouth. After you mastered that, put the Shofar onto your bottom lip and push it onto your lips lightly while moving the Shofar up and down subtlety until you get sound! It takes a little practice to get a comfortable feel of positioning the Shofar. That is an important part: positioning the Shofar. The position is the key to making the sound. It's like riding a bike. When you get the proper feel and your body and mind get a little used to blowing the Shofar properly, it's a piece of cake afterwards. The Shofar sound itself is very loud when you blow it at full force!!! Yes, it depends on the intensity of your breath. I hope that helps you get started. Yes, it also smells badly, which is similar to someone not brushing their teeth after meals for days. I recommend you soak the inside of the Shofar with Hydrogen Peroxide for an hour, White Vinegar for another hour, then soapy water (dishwashing detergent) for 30 minutes to get out the Vinegar smell. You can use cling wrap with rubber bands on both ends to keep the liquid from spilling out. It will smell fresh afterwards for good! If you want your Shofar to smell extra good, burn your favorite incense and let the smoke go into the Shofar for a few minutes. Frankincense and Myrrh would be a good idea! Overall, the Shofar is lovely, nicely polished, and that Shofar sound is a powerful anointing of God when it is blown!!!
