This stuff is amazing!
This stuff is amazing! I've been intermittent fasting for a month and a half and this helps me get through late night and morning cravings and keeps me properly hydrated. It also helps with headaches from mild dehydration. Taste is very neutral (although my wife thinks it smells a bit, I don't notice it as much) and it has been essential on my weight loss journey. I use about half a scoop in 12 ounces of water and that works really well for my body. Highly recommended!

Must Have in Your Keto Tool Kit!
So, I have become an avid Keto way of lifer (I don't call it a diet) and I do IF as well (Intermittent Fasting); most of all? I am a huge believer in Dr. Eric Berg who (IMO) is the most knowledgeable about Keto/IF and doing it the healthy way (yes you can slam back some burgers from McDonalds but there are healthier ways to consume high (good) fats). He recommends 4700 mg of Potassium A DAY (and don't go saying you eat bananas because they only contain 300-400 mg depending on the banana size AND? They have too many carbs sugars). 1 cup of raw spinach leaves contain 167 milligrams of potassium, while 1 cup of cooked spinach contains 840 milligrams of potassium ( I never knew cooked made a difference but cooking releases minerals). Anyway, I was about to buy the Doctor's electrolytes but I saw this one at a better price and with the same amount of potassium (1,000 mg!). That's A LOT considering most (if not all) potassium supplements are only 99 mg per pill!Okay so those are the basic facts but how does it taste? I had it today in my water and at first I honestly was like "Hmm....kinda sweet and a hint of bubblegum....not sure I'm going to take to this..." then, as I did my weights at the gym, I started to like it more and more to the point that I wish I had another water bottle to add a scoop to it.This is not to say YOU will like it; this is to say this is why I do reviews - not everyone is going to have the same taste (whether in food or clothes etc.). So? If you don't like stevia (this is the sweetener in it) and don't like a rather fruity flavor then don't get this. I personally really like the taste, the price and the fact that it has no artificial sweeteners in it and the company really seems to care about what the customers think - read the reviews, the company offers to do a refund if people don't like the taste or say something like "Well Doctor so and so's tastes so much better..." Um? Maybe the other doctor's does taste better to SOME people - I can't say, I haven't tried, when I get more money I may try it but for now? I'm grateful for this product because before it? When I was at the gym - doing my IF (Intermittent Fasting), I would get dizzy and now? I don't.Also? Let me address the possibility that this will make you go number 2 unexpectedly. I specifically take 1000 mg of Magnesium Oxide at night to encourage bowel movements; that's pretty high I know but I need it to help me go. I take Magnesium Glycinate during the day to keep me relaxed/calm (for me this doesn't make me go to the bathroom); this product has 120 mg of Magnesium Citrate - that's NOT likely to make you have the runs and? Don't you think the company tested this before putting it on the market? As in why would they market something that's supposed to help you receive electrolytes/hydrate you that would make you eliminate it out so fast? Makes no sense. So why are there some reviewers saying they had terrible diarrhea? I'd say it's more likely that their system is off and instead of bashing the product - why not take half a scoop instead of the whole? So? That's it. I really like this product; the only potential negatives I can see for you (since you're not me :-)) is that you may find it too sweet and it may act too much as a diuretic (you know what I mean....). But for me? This product gets 5 stars! I am so happy to have it help me do my morning workout routine even better!

CAREFULL, LOTS of POTASSIUM here, DON'T CHUG THIS STUFF too fast
I wanted to try this electrolyte mix because it is unsweetened/unflavored. I had bought some of the others that are flavored which have Stevia and they were much too sweet tasting for me (I've been on Keto and don't eat anything sweet anymore so I'm unconditioned to sweets now). This is a good quality product, it's bland and chalky tasting, but that's to be expected. What I'd like to bring people's attention to is THIS STUFF HAS A LOT OF POTASSIUM in it (1000mg), probably near a therapeutic level dose of it like you'd get from a doctors prescription. There is a reason that most over the counter potassium supplements are only 100mg per pill, because you can overdo it on potassium and have problems if you take too much all at once. I mixed 1 dipper of the powder in a 28 ounce cup and sipped it over a 4 or 5 hour period. I might be overly sensitive to potassium but I felt like it gave me a noticeable blood pressure drop that I wasn't comfortable with. The package has a warning on it to start slow and see how you react to it, and that's a good thing. I STRONLY SUGGEST to anyone using this product DO NOT mix up a glass and chug it down fast. Mix a lighter concentration and sip it over a few hours to see how you react to it. Other that that it seems to be a good product and I will use it up carefully in a more diluted dosage.

It has good clean ingredients
I’ve tried three different types including LMNT and I like this one the best. They all have much different quantities of each ingredient but this one seems pretty balanced and not just a bunch of sodium like LMNT. I like the taste but my boyfriend says it tastes like sock water. It definitely makes me feel better and gives me energy.

Beware, this is Dangerous
When I heard that we need a lot of potassium to meet our daily requirement, I was persuaded to purchase this product. Well, the first time I tried the recommended dose, I thought I was going to die! I started to feel like there was something seriously wrong with me, some of which is hard to put into words but felt like I was at death's doorstep. My heart started beating very hard for no apparent reason, so much so that I heard it in my ears and thought it was a car passing by my home with the base pumped up really loud. I never experienced anything like that before, and it was very disturbing when I figured out the sound was coming from me. I felt very weak, dizzy and like I would pass out at any moment. I think that taking too much potassium is dangerous and is much safer to obtain from food sources. I very seldomly write reviews but felt that I should warn people about this product. I have read a review about where someone had to be hospitalized for this, and I wholeheartedly believe them after what I experienced. Whatever you do, do not take the full dose and test it with a miniscule amount.

Great taste but prolonged use was an issue for me
I really liked the flavor and hydration while using this powder however oddly enough my taste buds started to react to taking it every day for 2 months and I developed transient lingual papillitis, basically inflamed taste buds which is so unfortunate! I think it was the stevia.
