Best there is in this product space. A pharmacist in JAX originally turned me onto this stuff 25 yrs ago, best there is. Get the children's product if you can find it; same exact formula, lower price. A+++

Good cough syrup for a minor cough. Works well for daytime use but go with Delsyn Night Time cough if you have a stubborn cough at night.

I get seasonal allergies which brings with it that lovely post nasal drip which makes me cough AT NIGHT! I’ve tried everything and this works better than all of them. It even tops a prescription med I had. It is expensive, but worth any penny.

Delsym for my family has been the only cough product that has worked. My 3 sons and I use it every time our colds turn in to coughs. Even had to send a bottle to my son who is in Scotland going to school(his dad took it over on a business trip) because nothing else worked. After reading the review that was a 1 star - I checked walmart. The 5 oz bottles are now $12 and are not always in stock. Most stores (not discount) now charge nearly $12 for the 3 oz. AND not all of us in this nation have a Rite Aid (none near Houston). With 4 of us in my family, the subscription every 6 months for the 3 - 5oz bottles works out to $11 (I get free shipping). So please refrain from commenting on price until you do the math and also comment on the quality of the product if you do zap the cost!
