Long'ish read. But. 😅 I took it and got sick during the night. I thought it was a reaction to the inno cleanse (it wasnt). I swear to yall, I thought I shotgunned mag citrate with a miralax finish. Holy cow. I started vomiting, sweating, and filling up the porcelain like never before. It was bad. Then, a few hours later my husband who hadn't taken any, got sick. Ohh. So we got a GI virus. Makes more sense! He's not feeling quite as rough as me, neither are the kids who now have this spicy diarrhea virus.Shew! I must be 30lbs lighter 24 hours later. Im not certain I recommend this when you have a GI virus. 😅 But if you've taken it and end up with a virus like me, hold on for a heck of rough GI tract Rollercoaster ride.

As much of a fan as I am for this company, its hard for me to say anything less than praises for them. Unfortunately, I have had this product for about 2 weeks and have not noticed the things advertised but I do know that each body is different and that it is hard to make everything a "one size fit all" type ordeal. I scored this product a 3 because maybe it does work for people. It just has not worked for me.
