Great product
Good for arthritic pain in joints knee or ankle

My husband has knee pain, he's going to therapy but it wasn't really helping . He started take these pills and he feels the difference. They really do help.

The directions on the bottle state to take 3 pills at bedtime. I took 1 pill initially as I did not know how Collagen would affect me. Then after a few days, I took 2 pills. I got heartburn (have GERD) but I take medication for this problem. So now I take 1 (one) pill with my last meal of the day . The heartburn is not that bad now. I would never recommend taking 3 pills initially until you know how your body is going to react. Not sure if I will be buying any more of this medication.

I started taking collagen for my knees. However to my surprise it also helped with my gum health for a condition the periodontist said there was not cure. It's like a miracle! My knees slowly are getting better as well.

I got this product because of the great reviews and to ease my knees pain, however I started having bad acne breakouts around my jawline, they're painful too, it's been so long I didn't get acne, it's a problem not with this company in particular but collagen supplements in general may contain sulfites that cause this..according to google.... Apperantly not all people get this reaction but I did 😔 and others do... so if you've ever had a serious acne problem be careful.
