I love this product! I had shoulder tension and a stiff back for a really long time. And it loosened everything up. The size is perfect and not clunky at all, I have it on the side of my couch whenever I need it. I was apprehensive at first but it turned out way better than the hand held vibrating massager i got before I got this. I also have sciatica and the other products I got actually made it worse. I also used this on my leg and it helps out with my leg, calf, and back as well. I'm a single mom who hasn't had anyone to help work out the knots for years and this product took out all of it! Definitely worth your money! 20/10 and 10 stars of it was possible! :)

I’ve been using this massager for a little while now, and it does the job—mostly. It has its moments where it really helps ease some tension, especially after a long day. It’s not exactly professional-grade, but for casual use, it’s not bad.The design is fairly standard. It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to use it effectively, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes more useful. Some parts feel well-made, others less so, but it holds up fine if you’re not too rough with it.Don’t expect miracles—it’s not going to replace a real massage—but for light to moderate relief, it’s worth trying. Just keep your expectations realistic.Would I recommend it? Depends on what you’re looking for. It works, it’s convenient, and it’s helped me out enough to say it wasn’t a waste.

I bought the Massager as a gift for a friend, but I decided to test it out for myself first. It worked surprisingly well, especially for relieving period cramps. The heat feature adds a nice soothing touch, and the shiatsu massage feels quite effective.However, my friend found it too bulky and wasn’t a fan of the design, despite its effectiveness in easing neck pain. Ultimately, I ended up returning it since it was meant as a gift. That said, if I were dealing with ongoing neck issues, I’d consider getting one for myself because it definitely delivers on the pain relief front.

This is quite easily he best $ I've ever spent! I've only used this once so far and I am in love with it! It released a knot I've had for days in my neck in just a few mins. I have had issues with tight neck and shoulders that cause headaches for years. I have a straight neck and work on a computer all day during the week and get tight from stress in general. No amount of exercise, stretching, or medication has helped much. Chiropractic and massage are great but get expensive. I've tried about every home massage, tens unit, muscle pain cream/patch that you can think of and nothing has been as beneficial as this neck massager. I will be using it regularly for relief and for prevention. If you are on the fence it is definitely worth a try!! Thank you!

I just got it the massager yesterday, and great is an understatement! If it stopped working today, I’d still feel that I got my money’s worth. Lately I’ve been suffering horrible back pain that worsens when my back isn’t supported. The massage relieves the tension in my lower back, and the heat is a plus. I’m a heavy woman, and I’m able to lean back on it (I’ve found that leaning back makes it feel even better!) without breaking it. The neck massage is unreal. For the price, I’m veryyyyy impressed! The product is ok. It's very bulky and if you are having neck discomfort, the last think you need is to keep shifting the massager. The holders for your arms could be longer. I put my arms in thr holder's, but I was not able to reach my keyboard comfortably. There are three levels of rotation. It's only one level of heat.

I was really hesitant to try this because I don’t like the usual massage mats, pads or other “massagers” that you typically see because they don’t even really massage you, they just vibrate your back a little. I am very pleased to say that this one proved me wrong and actually works out the unbearable knots in my upper back and neck which to me, is HUGE!! Right around my neck is by far the worst, so when I have someone massage the area that this neck massager targets, you can literally HEAR the click/crunching noises from how much tension has built up in that area. It really effects my life daily because the immense amount of pain I experience. To be able to actually have this massager and not have to pay for a massage, or harass people in my life to massage my neck for relief from the horrific pain, it’s honestly life altering for me! I almost didn’t purchase because of how insane the hype was and I wasn’t sure if it was people just trying to sell this for a quick buck or something, but it is without a doubt worth the money!! I was actually shocked with how amazing it truly & effectively worked! I will say though, it is definitely for those who enjoy a deeper, more intense digging type of massage, where it hurts so good type of relief. If you’re not a person who likes an intense, deep tissue massage where you know you got a ton of knots or years of built up tension that needs to be worked out, you won’t like it.I also really, really love that it comes with a car adapter also so that you can bring it with you wherever you go and can even use it in the car! Especially if you’re one who travels frequently, this will really help with the aches and pains of a road trip or long travel.
